Susan is a patent attorney and managing partner at Texas IP Law Group, where she represents clients in complex civil, intellectual property, and commercial litigation.
She has advised and represented clients across a wide spectrum of legal matters—from patent and trademark prosecution to housing and consumer matters as well as trial-level disputes.
Susan’s practice includes intellectual property litigation, contract litigation, commercial litigation, and pre-suit due diligence, as well as transactional work involving intellectual property registration, licensing, and contract negotiations. She has handled numerous hearings, witness examinations and has been regularly in Court.

Greg Gurshman
Greg brings an extensive engineering and software development background in addition to his patent prosecution experience including serving as a senior-level USPTO examiner in the area of cryptography and network security. For the past 20 years, Greg has drafted and prosecuted Patent applications in many technological fields including virtual execution environments, blockchain and cryptography applications, big data analytics, AI/machine learning, database design, object-oriented programming, network security, anti-virus solutions, telecommunications, video processing, quantum computing, electronics, biometrics, medical applications and devices. Greg has drafted over 300 applications for IBM, many for Google, HP, and HPE and for hundreds of individual inventors and startups.
Greg holds a M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Electro-Technology University, St. Petersburg (RU)
Greg passed the Patent Bar in 2005 at US PTO.
